End User License Agreement
This agreement is between you ("User") and Union Audio Limited ("Licensor") for the UA LE FX Elevator Stand STL file ("File"). By downloading or using the File, you agree to the terms below.
1. License grant
A non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to download, use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the File for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
2. Permitted uses
- Create physical objects via 3D printing for personal or commercial use.
- Modify the File or create derivative works, provided they comply with this EULA.
- Share or distribute the File or derivatives, provided this EULA remains attached and unchanged.
3. Restrictions
- You may not claim ownership or copyright over the File or unmodified copies.
- You may not sell or distribute the File as a standalone digital product without including this EULA.
- You may not use the File in any manner that violates applicable laws.
4. No warranty
The File is provided "as is" without any warranties. Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of the File or any physical objects created from it.
5. Limitation of liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the File or any resulting physical objects. You assume all associated risks.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the File or breach of this EULA.
7. Termination
Licensor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies.
8. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
