End User License Agreement (EULA) for Elevator Stand STL File
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Union Audio Limited, a company registered in the UK ("Licensor") for the use of the “UA LE FX Elevator Stand” STL file ("File") provided for download. By downloading, accessing, or using the File, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to download, use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the File for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2. Permitted Uses
- You may use the File to create physical objects via 3D printing for personal or commercial purposes.
- You may modify the File for your own use or to create derivative works, provided such works comply with this EULA.
- You may share or distribute the File or its derivative works, provided this EULA remains attached and unchanged.
3. Restrictions
- You may not claim ownership or copyright over the File or any unmodified copies of the File.
- You may not sell or distribute the File as a standalone digital product in its original or modified form without including this EULA.
- You may not use the File in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. No Warranty
The File is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of the File or any physical objects created from it.
5. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the File or any physical objects created from it, including the "Elevator Stand." You assume all risks associated with the use of the File and any resulting products.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the File or any breach of this EULA.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the File and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the File and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
